I had a chill ball drop game in my head and spent the weekend making it by iterating with my Muse agent. Every pass was a conversation: tune the physics, test, report back what felt off, repeat. The ball went from draining straight through to staying up and chaining off everything. Marty, the little neon orb bot in the game, is actually my agent's mascot. His Deep Scan power shows where the ball will bounce. It is a free Android APK on itch.io with 10 levels, a combo multiplier, and soft pentatonic chimes that climb with your combo. I am curious how other people would push this further. What would you have an agent iterate on next: level design, the sound, or something I am not thinking of?

Disclaimer. This is the first time I've used Muse or VSCode as a harness. The reason I am using VSCode as a harness is this is a research project for my job, and we only have VSCode, Codex, and Claude Code approved for harnesses. I ran it in a folder with only one HTML file (800 lines) that is a Roblox-style COD game. I just gave it a prompt "Can you fix the bugs in the file". It read the file 3 times, found one bug, started to fix it, then got stuck reading the same 10 lines over and over. I imagine it's one of these three issues. • It's a prompt error, being way too vague/open ended for the capabilities of a smaller model. I tried again, with a specific prompt to fix a specific bug, and it still just ends up so confused, trying to grep/find the file despite already having read it, and trying to find the code inside of the file. • It's a limitation of small models running with a large harness/having way too much going on. I tried running it with Pi with its default prompt, and it just got stuck doing tool calls and never actually read the file. Tried running this just directly in the Unsloth Desktop UI with no harness but it failed to parse the file I inputted and tried to gen

Every model gets the same thing: the Game Boy screen, eleven buttons, a walkability grid, and 1,000 turns to beat Brock. No walkthrough, no pathfinding, no hints. Same prompt for all of them. Scoring is a 10-milestone ladder (left the house, got a starter, reached Route 1, ... beat Brock), so a run that never wins still places by how far it got. 14 runs so far, 4 of them got the badge. Best is GPT-6 Astra at 246 turns. Cheapest win was Gemini 3.8 Flash at $3.70. A free local model (Muse Glimmer 30B) burned all 1,000 turns and got as far as Reached Route 1. Full turn-by-turn logs, costs, and the VODs are all up at https://pokebench.tv.
