MuseFi is a local desk for Muse: risk caps, a ticket schema, and a paper broker that fills a synthetic tape. Every number on the ledger is produced by this repository.

## What it is — and is not

**It is** a deterministic workbench you can run, test, and replay:

- a YAML config with name / theme / gross caps and a daily loss halt;
- a ticket validator (statuses per mode, memecoin `mint` required, venue ceilings);
- a paper broker that fills at the **next bar's open** with **25 bps fee and 10 bps slippage** per side;
- run files with a SHA-256 fingerprint, and `musefi replay`, which recomputes every fill and refuses edited numbers;
- a local HTTP API over the same engine;
- a workspace pack (`SOUL.md`, `AGENTS.md`, `TOOLS.md`, `USER.md`, ski
